- The location emergency map with the .svg extension wasn't displayed on work orders.

- Here is an update for the inventory transfers functionality in SC Provider. When you tapped “Add Part” in the “Restock” section, you could only pick parts from your truck. Our latest update allows you to get the part list from the Primary Supply Location of the assigned truck.

- When you were required to log in to the app with your tech account to check in, the app didn’t notify you. It also didn’t prevent you from clocking in. Now, when you log with the PIN, we send you a note asking to use your tech account.
- Some of the locations you had access to didn’t show up in the app.
- The “Parts Used” screen for FTM internal techs was not displaying used and available parts for work orders. Also, there was an error when techs tried to add parts manually to the WO.

- There were occasional crashes when you tried to upload a new profile picture. They no longer occur.
- It was difficult to view the attached location floor plans on work orders because of low resolution. Such images are displayed in high quality now.
- We had a problem with displaying linked WOs for FTM internal techs. The original WO wasn’t listed on the linked WO details screen. The issue is fixed.

- FTM techs can create inventory transfers. To start using the feature, contact your ServiceChannel rep.
- When you take a faulty asset out for repair, set the asset status to “Out for Repair”. Contact your ServiceChannel rep to learn how to enable the feature.
- You can now service multiple assets on a single Planned Maintenance work order!
