Boyz II Men adalah sebuah grup band R&B asal Philadelphia, Pennsylvania yang berdiri pada 1988. Semula grup ini adalah sebuah kumpulan persahabatan anak muda yang menempuh pendidikan di
Philadelphia High School. Mereka semula terdiri atas Nathan Morris dan Marc Nelson, kemudian merekrut mereka yang bersuara tenors yaitu Shawn Stockman, Wanya Morris dan suara bass, Michael
McCary.
Dalam perjalanan Marc Nelson menggundurkan diri setelah terlibat konflik pada awal-awal mereka menyiapkan rekaman.
Album pertama Boyz II Men berjudul Cooleyhighharmony (1991), kemudian menyusul singlenya berjudul Motownphilly dan It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday. Lewat dua single tersebut mengantarkan mereka meraih Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals.
Pada 1992 mereka kembali merilis single, End of the Road, yang juga digunakan sebagai sountrack film Eddie Murphy, BOOMERANG. Single ini pun mendapat sambutan hangat penggemarnya, hingga masuk peringkat pertama dalam Billboard Hot 100 selama tigabelas kali.
Kesuksesan mereka semakin melejit dengan album-album besar mereka, di antaranya, II (1994), 1995: Collaborations (1995, melibatkan Mariah Carey), Evolution (1997) dan Full Circle (2002). Boyz II Men was a band of R & B Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that was founded in 1988. Initially, this group is a collection of friendship young boy who was educated at Philadelphia High School. They originally consisted of Nathan Morris and Marc Nelson, then recruit those who speak Tenors namely Shawn Stockman, Wanya Morris and bass, Michael McCary.
In the course of Marc Nelson menggundurkan themselves after the conflict at the beginning of their set up recordings.
