- Now, when a not-to-exceed (NTE) amount gets updated, the WO note informing about this change doesn’t reveal the amount. Note that FTM techs are not affected and can view this info as before.

Version 2002.1
Updated 4 years ago
Changelog FIXED
- The app kicked you out when you sorted work orders. Some of them had no scheduled date, which caused the crash.
- Opening the WOs list took a long time for FTM techs. A handful of changes on our side - and the list loads faster.
- You couldn’t check in using one device and check out via another. Doing so isn’t a problem anymore.
- At times, FTM techs had no chance to stop logging the admin activity time for a WO. If they signed out after checking in, the app didn’t let them check out.
Version 2001.1
Updated 4 years ago
Changelog FIXED
- A sudden crash didn’t let some of you answer checklist questions when clocking out. We have fixed this.
- Failed to attach photos and videos to a work order? Some internal hitches and evil forces contributed to the issue. We’ve conquered them all!
- FTM technicians who didn’t have permission to reassign work orders to external providers nevertheless had this option available.
- Work order statuses appeared in English although you set your device to use another language.

Version 1912.1
Updated 4 years ago
Changelog FIXED
- There was no way to get rid of the “Get Locations” alert - after you opened the app, it popped up in the notification drawer and stayed there even when your GPS was on.
Version 1910.1.1

Changelog FIXED
When you were creating a service request via the Contractor-Initiated Work Order (CIWO) experience, the NTE amount showed up on the screen for confirming the WO info. Since the NTE amount should not appear there at all, we no longer reveal it.
