Changelog We've added some quick links to the “For You” tab of the app, making it easier for you to find the most recent meditation sessions you're interested in. The Breath Training technique "Whiskey” has been renamed and will now be known as "Honey." (Don't worry, it's still the same breathing and vibration pattern as before.)

A few other fixes are also included, including improvements to the Org ID entry, and a bug that was displaying the “Guided Voice” information incorrectly.

Changelog We've added a new Device-Free Mode to the app that allows you to meditate when you don't your Core handy, when you forgot to charge its battery, or in cases where you want to keep your hands free - to try other forms of meditation that incorporate stretching or movement, for example.

Switch to Device-Free Mode by navigating to “Your CCore” in the Profile tab, or from the settings drawer at the bottom of any meditation you’re about to start.
