1) Press Microphone button and say food name or separate foods with plus:
"Banana plus egg beaters"
Or
"Banana 105 calories plus egg beaters 25 calories"
2) enter calorie/point amount or confirm remembered amount
3) exit app quickly by tapping right hand side of food table
You can also record #measurements:
"Measure weight 185"
Or you can type:
#weight 185
Click on calorie/point column for each food to mark food/exercise as good/bad and for more options.
Graph your progress, email logs and more under the graph directory button.
