You can spend your money for upgrades such as masks, medicines, nurses, doctors, ambulances, hospitals, and research centers. Eventually, you can start vaccinating people. These upgrades increases your cure power, so you can cure more people each tap.
The zombie outbreak starts at a slower pace, and increases as the time passes by. The virus causing the zombie problem mutates and strengthens. It can spread to other countries more frequently and contagiously. You have no time to lose!
