Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist is the sixth installment in the Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell series of computer games published by Ubisoft and created by Ubisoft Toronto. The amusement takes put two years after Conviction as Third Echelon is discharged by the president Patricia Caldwell. She decides to shape Fourth Echelon after a terrorist assault, named Blacklist Zero, and Sam Fisher is named as the pioneer to stop future attacks.
