Yogin is a guided meditation app in Spanish, created with the purpose of helping you to learn the meditation practice and achieve higher levels of clarity and mindfulness.
Our teaching is non-religious. We do respect all different spiritual beliefs that each individual may have but do not preach any of them in our meditations.
The app consists of audios that you can listen, preferably by using headphones while in a quiet place for meditation. These audios contain teachings, advice and guidance to meditate.

- Concentrate with mental notes
- Scan your body
