How to install Workout Session for PC?

How to install Workout Session APK for PC (Windows and MAC)?

• Step 4: Open Android Emulator and Drag and Drop file workout.musicgym_0.0.1.apk you have downloaded in step 3 to Emulator screen
• Step 5: Enable "Unknown source" if need
• Step 6: You Already install Workout Session APK, now you can open it

Fix some error when install Workout Session APK?
