WheresMyCar is a car locator with a difference: It automatically detects when you get out of your car and asks whether you'd like to save your parking location.

Then when you open WheresMyCar, it zooms in to show you your current location & parking location on a map.

It uses the sensors in your phone to detect your movements and only turns on the GPS when it's sure that you're parking, so it's very battery friendly. The app can also detect when you disconnect your car bluetooth, or when you take your phone out of a car dock - you can control all of this via the settings in the app!

A notification will appear when WheresMyCar detects that you're parking; you can save the parking location direct from the notification or select the notification and add a note to your parking location like 'Bay 137, Red level 4'!

You can also select the 'Park Here?' link in the top right hand corner of the screen above the map to store your location manually.

Where available, you can access the Google Street View of your parking location directly from the main map.

You can also fly through your previous parking locations using the Parking History feature.

WheresMyCar keeps a list of locations where you'll never be prompted to park - you can save your home or work address here so you don't get unwanted notifications.

Run at startup:
Used to start WheresMyCar in the background so that parking detection works after you restart your device.

Vibration:
WheresMyCar uses your default notification settings, including vibration, when it provides you with a notification. This permission is required so that the app can send the notification with vibration.
