WeStrive for clients is currently invite only. You will need a personal trainer on WeStrive to invite you to train with them in order to sign into this app.
WeStrive for clients allows you access your fitness programs, track progress, and track their your fitness journey… all in one app.
From the home page, view the messages from your trainer, view your daily fitness statistics, and see your daily nutrition overview.
From there, slide over one tab to the calendar where you can see an entire overview of your day. When your trainer asks you to weigh yourself or upload a progress photo - you’ll find that to-do list right here. You’ll also have a quick link to the specific day of the fitness program you’re on and a snapshot of your daily macros (only if your trainer has assigned those for you to follow).
Finally, you’ll spend most of your time in the Train tab. Here, you’ll have a full breakdown of your program week over week. See what days you need to train, the overview of exercises for that day, and then click into the plan to get started.
Once you’re in a plan, you can simply swipe left through exercises to move throughout the program. Each exercise comes with a photo & video so you’re never left in the dark when it comes to form on specific exercises. You can even record your results below the exercises so your trainer knows exactly how hard you’re working to achieve your fitness goals.
Again, since we’re in early access, you’ll need a personal trainer already on WeStrive to use this app. If your trainer isn’t on WeStrive - just show them what they’re missing out on at westriveapp.com
Trainers, if you’re interested in training on WeStrive, head to train.westriveapp.com to get started for free. You can run your entire business through our website where you’ll be able to build programs, track client progress, handle billing, and so much more. We’re currently in the process of re-launching the WeStrive App for trainers and are expecting to have that app ready by late March - 2021.
This app is the first step in the launch of WeStrive 2.0 so stay tuned for more updates!
