Just type in what you want him/her to say and press the share button to share it via email, WhatsApp or any app that supports receiving sound files.

Permissions:
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
The app saves the TTS file as "temp.mp3" under storage/emulated/0/Android/data/de.rasalas.texttospeech/soundfile and sends it to the chosen app.
If it doesn't work how it should, just close your app (recent apps -> swipe away) and restart it.
