VIVA BOX es una aplicación móvil con la que podrás administrar tus redes sociales y además mantener a salvo tus contactos y contenido multimedia.br Todos los clientes de VIVA (Nuevatel PCS de Bolivia) que cuenten con un Smartphone y descarguen el aplicativo móvil VIVA BOX, podrán disfrutar de las siguientes funcionalidades:br br RESPALDO MULTIMEDIAbr El Cliente podrá respaldar y administrar el contenido Multimedia (fotos, videos, etc.), contactos y SMS de su celular. En el caso de pérdida del teléfono celular el cliente no perderá lo guardado. Los precios de este servicio son:br br - Bs. 5,00 para Respaldar todos los contactos y el contenido multimedia la primera vez.br - Bs. 2,00 para Actualizar los contactos y el contenido multimedia nuevo.br - Bs. 10,00 por la Restauración del contenido multimedia en caso de pérdida o cambio de terminal.br br Una vez solicitado, el Respaldo, la Actualización o la Restauración estará disponible por un día (24 horas después del cobro efectivo). Todo reintento dentro de ese periodo no será cobrado.br br VIVA MIGRADORbr El Cliente registrado podrá solicitar la migración de todos sus contactos, fotos, videos y SMS a un teléfono nuevo ingresando a ideasviva.nuevatel.com. Esta migración tendrá un costo de Bs. 7 y estará disponible por un día (24 horas después del cobro efectivo). Todo reintento dentro de ese periodo no será cobrado.br br VIVA SOCIALbr El cliente podrá actualizar, administrar y compartir contenido multimedia con sus redes sociales.
