A UC One é uma super-app que permite a centralização e uma gestão mais eficaz de serviços como notificações de várias plataformas, o acesso rápido aos canais de conversação, a identificação do utilizador no acesso a espaços e/ou a atividades na UC. Para além destas funcionalidades base, esta contém outras mini-aplicações integradas, como é o caso do UC Space of Knowledge.
O UC Space of Knowledge é um inovador mundo virtual que pretende oferecer uma experiência sem precedentes a quem visita o património da Universidade de Coimbra, integrado desde 2013 na lista de locais reconhecidos pela UNESCO como Património Mundial da Humanidade. Possibilita a qualquer visitante da instituição percorrer online todos os espaços ao mesmo tempo que os visita fisicamente.
Esta experiência dual inclui ainda áudioguias intuitivos, em nove línguas (contemplando, inclusive, a Língua Gestual Portuguesa). E tem também uma componente lúdica, particularmente atrativa para famílias e para o público mais jovem: os visitantes podem tentar cumprir o desafio de completar as colecções de pontos de interesse.
Com o módulo Space of Knowledge terá acesso a:
- Um mundo virtual explorável pelo utilizador usando o seu avatar preferido;
- Áudioguias disponíveis em nove línguas (inclusive, a Língua Gestual Portuguesa);
- Transcrição e legendas dos vários áudioguias para uma experiência mais inclusiva;
- Slideshow de imagens exclusivas dos vários espaços da UC;
- Descarregar colecções de turismo para consumo offline.

UC One is a super-app that allows the centralization and efficient management of services, such as notifications of the multiple platforms, quick access to conversational channels, and identification of the user in the access to spaces and/or activities in the University of Coimbra.
In addition to these basic features, it contains other integrated mini-applications, like the UC Space of Knowledge.
UC Space of Knowledge in an innovative virtual world that offers a never-seen unique experience to everybody that visits the University of Coimbra's patrimony, integrated into the list of UNESCO recognized places of World Heritage Sites. It allows any visitor of the institution to discover all the spaces online at the same time he does in-person.
This dual experience includes intuitive audioguides in nine languages, including Portuguese Sign Language. Moreover, it has a ludic component, particularly attractive to a younger audience, where visitors try the challenge of completing all the collections of interest points by seeing them all.
With the module UC Space of Knowledge, you will have access to:
- A user-explorable virtual world using your preferred avatar;
- Audio guides available in nine languages (including Portuguese Sign Language);
- Transcription and subtitles of the various audio guides for a more inclusive experience;
- Slideshow of exclusive images of the multiple spaces of the university;
- Downloadable tourism collections for offline consumption.
