Turni di Lavoro

“Turni di Lavoro” è una applicazione creata per tutti quelli che hanno bisogno di gestire con semplicità e velocità i loro turni di lavoro.

Caratteristiche:
- Veloce inserimento dei turni (con soli due click).
- Veloce consultazione dei turni con visualizzazione a elenco, apertura dell'app al giorno di oggi, facile scorrimento avanti indietro.
- Conteggio delle ore settimanali
- Conteggio delle ore mensili in tempo reale e bilancio con le ore dovute

Non ho voluto mettere troppi dati nel programma, troppi conteggi, menu e sottomenu, sono cose sicuramente utili ma che alla fine pochissimi usano e creano solo confusione. Ho cercato di creare un app semplice e veloce, sia nell’inserimento che nella consultazione dei turni. Infatti, una volta inseriti i nomi dei turni con le rispettive ore nella pagina “impostazioni”, in pochi secondi potrete inserire decine e decine di turni con un semplice click.
La consultazione è altrettanto facile e veloce. Quando si apre l’app ci si porta alla data odierna automaticamente. I turni possono essere ordinati in modo ascendente o discendente. Cliccando su una riga, la app calcola le ore della settimana e del mese comprendenti la data cliccata, mentre cliccando sull’intestazione della colonna “Data” ci si sposta alla data odierna. I turni possono essere inseriti dal menu “Aggiungi turno”. Per modificare un turno inserito, quando ci si trova nella schermata principale basta tenere premuto il dito su una cella (che sia data, turno, ora o nota) e cambiare il contenuto.
I turni si possono esportare e importare in formato csv. Si possono importare solo i file esportati con la stessa app (“turno.csv”) e non altri file csv.
E' vivamente consigliato fare il backup (menu-backup) dei turni periodicamente per poterli importare successivamente (menu-ripristino) in caso di perdite di dati.
Potete anche inviare una foto della schermata dei turni per una veloce consultazione da parte di un familiare o amico.
Novità! Non perdete più gli onomastici dei vostri amici e parenti, l'app vi dà il nome del Santo di oggi e permette di fare ricerca fra i nomi.
Questa versione ha le stesse funzionalità della versione completa (Pro) ma si possono inserire solo 15 turni.

I did not want to put too much data in the program, too many counts, menus and submenus, things are certainly useful but ultimately very little use and only create confusion. I tried to create an app and easily, which is entering in the consultation rounds. In fact, once you have entered the names of the rounds with their hours on the "settings" in a few seconds you can enter dozens of rounds with a simple click.
The consultation is just as easy and fast. When you open the app brings you to date automatically. The shifts can be sorted in ascending or descending order. By clicking on a line, the app calculates the hours of the week and the month including the date clicked, and clicking on the column heading "Date" you move the date hereof. The shifts can be entered from the menu "Add turn." To change a turn on, when you are on the main screen you just hold your finger on a cell (that is given, round, time, or note) and change the content.
The shifts can be exported and imported in .csv format. You can only import the exported files with the same app ("turno.csv") and no other csv file.
E 'highly recommended to backup (menu-backup) shifts periodically to be imported later (menu-reset) in case of data loss.
You can also send a picture of the screen shifts to a quick consultation by a family member or friend.
