This app comes packed with a sample workout and exercises media; However, the idea behind this app is to allow the user to build their own library of exercises and workouts, and then, if wanted, share or exchange with other users.
The app has an extremely intuitive user interface that allows you to import (exercise) images, add description, and associated muscle groups; Build custom workouts with as many days as you need, as many exercises as you want per day and up to 5 sets (and multi-sets) per exercise. The exercise can be set with weights, reps, and duration time (in seconds), including rest time between sets and exercises.
Workout days can be repeated like circuits.
Each exercise can have more than one image to perfectly explain how to perform it.
Future releases will have access to an online workouts exchange where user could rate and exchange workout data.
