Keputihan atau Fluor Albus merupakan sekresi vaginal pada wanita. Keputihan pada dasarnya dapat digolongkan menjadi dua golongan yaitu keputihan normal (fisiologis) dan keputihan abnormal
(patologis). keputihan fisiologis adalah keputihan yang biasanya terjadi setiap bulannya, biasanya muncul menjelang menstruasi atau sesudah menstruasi ataupun masa subur.
Keputihan patologis dapat disebabkan oleh infeksi biasanya disertai dengan rasa gatal di dalam vagina dan di sekitar bibir vagina bagian luar. Yang sering menimbulkan keputihan ini antara lain bakteri, virus, jamur atau juga parasit. Infeksi ini dapat menjalar dan menimbulkan peradangan ke saluran kencing, sehingga menimbulkan rasa pedih saat si penderita buang air kecil. Whitish or Fluor Albus is a vaginal secretion in women.
