Changelog Today’s tip:
Does your baby hate brushing their teeth? Try to create more positive associations by introducing their toothbrush into play. Let your child brush a teddy’s teeth, play dentist or maybe even make up a toothbrushing song together. This should gradually take the pressure off, and stop them clenching their jaw with the strength of crocodile. 🐊

Changelog Today’s tip:
When you’re putting away the clothes your baby has grown out of, make sure to label them not only by age but also by season. Because, however lovely it might be, who needs a fluffy onesie in July? Give your future self a hand with detailed labels and it will be so much easier to hand these clothes down to a friend or to your next little one.

Changelog Today’s tip:
After preparing nutritious meals for your baby, it can be difficult to muster up the energy to create healthy meals for yourself as well. Our advice is, where possible, to eat the same as your little one. It’s easier, cheaper, and - as you’re already giving your baby the most nutritious food you can - will have great knock-on effects for your health too. 🥦

Changelog Today’s tip:
Pop a period pad in your freezer to transform it into the perfect vulva and perineum soother for your postpartum recovery! And unlike a bag of frozen peas, there are no lumps and bumps - what's not to love? 😅 Simple, effective, and is sure to scare off anyone snooping for your ice cream!

Changelog Today’s tip:
The last thing you need when your child has a cold is to not be able to get any medicine actually down your little one. 🤧 So instead of trying to give your baby medicine straight from the syringe, pop the syringe full of medicine in the teat of a bottle, then put the nipple into your baby’s mouth. As they suck, you can gently push through the medicine with the syringe.

Changelog Today’s tip:
When you pack your hospital bag, don’t just throw everything into one enormous Mary Poppins bag that you can’t find anything in. Instead, pack three separate bags. One for you during labour, one for you during recovery and one for your little one. And if you’re feeling super organised, write a list of every item that’s in every bag too and keep it within easy reach.

Changelog Today’s tip:
When we’re feeling stressed, it’s so hard to switch off the carousel of anxieties whizzing around our brains. If this sounds familiar, you might want to give a ‘worry window’ a go. The idea is that you set aside a particular time each day specifically to worry about things. Easier said than done of course, but with practice this can be a great way to free up your mind.
