Here’s how TextMyPA works:
1. TextMyPA’s home screen is an outbox of your current requests. To start a new one, you choose a new category - travel, food etc. and send a text message to our operators.
2. The request is routed to an operator with expertise in the particular product category. He researches the best available options.
3. The operator messages you back with purchase options. Once you like something, you press the “checkout” button and can then proceed for payment within the app itself.
4. The operator completes all the other formalities and sends you receipts on your e-mail ID, and has the product/service delivered to you as fast as possible.
