Tes Bakat Diri

- REFLEKSI. Anda akan kesulitan memahami diri sendiri apabila jarang sekali melakukan refleksi. Para periset selalu menemukan bahwa orang-orang sukses menduduki puncak karir senantiasa melakukan refleksi. Refleksi ini ibarat cermin yang menunjukan kepada diri cara mengetahui bakat diri sendiri. Apa yang perlu Anda lakukan adalah mengevaluasi tindakan yang Anda ambil dan apa dampaknya. Misalnya ketika Anda tidak mencapai target tertentu dalam kerja maupun kehidupan, itulah saat tepat untuk melakukan refleksi. Ajukan pertanyaan, "Mengapa?"

- MINAT. Cara mengetahui bakat diri sendiri dapat dilakukan dengan mendata apa minat Anda. Minat biasanya tumbuh karena adanya Anda cerdas di bidang itu. Misalnya Anda cerdas dalam negosiasi dan melobi. Kemungkinan bakat Anda terletak pada INTERPERSONAL dan LINGUISTIC. Semua hal yang berhubungan dengan kecerdasaan interpersonal dan linguistic akan mudah Anda kuasai. Misalnya kemampuan public speaking, menulis, atau membangun tim.

-8 KECERDASAN. Delapan kecerdasan yang gagas Gardner sangat baik menjelaskan bakat-bakat setiap manusia. Penemuan Gardner mengenai 8 kecerdasan memberi insight mendalam bahwa banyak cara menjadi cerdas. Bakat setiap orang agaknya merupakan pancaran dari 8 Kecerdasan Majemuk ini.

These reflections are like a mirror that shows yourself how knowing the talent themselves. What you need to do is evaluate the actions you take and what impact. Possible your talent lies in Interpersonal and linguistic. All matters relating to interpersonal and linguistic intelligence will easily mastered. For example the ability of public speaking, writing, or build a team.
