Technique Kungfu

Kung Fu is a martial art with self-defense techniques and attacks on unique opponents from China. The origin and history of Kung Fu in general can be traced thousands of years ago in China, practiced in secret which then spread and evenly distributed to the Eastern regions in the form and type of various technical movements. Written records of development can be said to be gone. However, general theories state that early Kung Fu originated from a Buddhist priest who first used the technique of defending himself from harm from within and from outside in the form of vicious nature, namely weather, wild animals and attacks by bad people in broadcasting his religious teachings.
