About Teams Lite: FOR PHONES ONLY - No Tablet Support - This application enables the users to send their location to each other, and or anyone else that has this Application installed and is participating in a search, training, business, trucking, monitoring, work, fun or entertainment. Perfect for hiking, families, small business, transportation, outings, community, safety, etc.. You can place map pins of yourself on your map when hiking, or place a pin where you parked so you can find your car easily. Just send the location text message to yourself. Easy. This software quickly references your location, allows you to send it to one, or many, who upon receiving your data message, can view your location on a map window of the App. Others using the same software have the ability to respond back to show you where they are. Those without the Teams App, can receive your location via email.
Using GPS for location discovery, and SMS (text Messaging) to send data to each other, you do not require a data connection to function, although for best performance a data connection is recommended. In order to use email you do need some sort of data connection. That connection can be WIFI or mobile data. In the field, the user needs to have some cell service. This software will not send your location or receive locations unless you have some sort of cell service and GPS signal, although even minimal will work.
For best performance a WIFI connection or mobile data connection are desired.
Don't be fooled by copy cat applications loaded with Ads. This is the original. Ad Free.

Quick Start:
Teams is simple to use. Slide the intro screen to the right. You will be at the Map screen. Tap the icons to navigate the screens.
Upper left is the Map icon (world icon). Use this on any other screen to get back to the main map.
World icon with red dot takes you to the Send Coordinates screen
(a) Tap the Send Coordinates Icon.
(b) Use SMS to send data.
(c) Tap the Send Coordinates button.
(d) Fill in the phone number in “send to”, send message.
(e) Optionally use Email, but this only sends the location info wrapped in a URL.
Map centering icons - refresh icons
S icon is to stop map centering if you need to view other areas of your map.
R icon is used to Resume map centering. This always keeps your location in the center of the map
R icon also refreshes the map pins.
Tap on a map pin will zoom into that map pin and show it's info box. Tap on the map will return you to your default zoom level and center the map on your location.
When first installing Teams you will be asked if you would like to accept push notifications. These are notifications sent to You by Us, to let you know of any changes or updates to Teams, allowing you to update (Free). There are no Ads or in application sales with Teams. We believe you should not be bothered.
If you are working with someone that does not have the Teams application on their device, you can still send your location information to them via email. It is as easy as tapping the Send Coordinates icon. This will take you to the screen where you can send your data via email. This email is packaged so that the person receiving it, can simply click the email, opening up a Google Map, showing your location. Send to phone, tablet, or computer.
