As regras do jogo são muitos simples, o jogo acontece no sentido horário, a não ser que você seja do contra. Não é permitido deixar o jogo em nenhum momento, nem para ir ao banheiro , exceto se você
possuir uma carta Banheiro. Um jogador, aleatório, começa por tirar uma carta do baralho, cada carta tem uma significado e uma ação diferente, ao total são treze cartas, que formam o baralho básico.
Ao virar a carta, o jogador deverá cumprir a ação escrita nela. Em caso de desistências, o grupo decide uma punição para o desistente.
