Changelog We have added two new practices for sleeping based on binaural beats. Practicing a 30-minute recovery nap will put you into sleep and help you wake up smoothly so you don't feel groggy like you sometimes do after a nap. The second practice using binaural beats helps you fall into deep sleep. For these practices you will need stereo headphones.
