In september starten ruim 250 trainees van het Rijk met een traineeprogramma bij de Rijksacademie voor Financiën, Economie en Bedrijfsvoering. De trainees volgen ieder een eigen programma, met focus op een specifiek werkterrein. Alle trainees zijn starters binnen de Rijksoverheid en gaan uiteindelijk aan de slag om te werken voor Nederland.
Op vrijdag 15 september vindt in het Vredespaleis en op de Rijksacademie de startconferentie Verbinden voor trainees van het Rijk 2017 plaats. Trainees leren elkaar tijdens deze conferentie kennen en bouwen een netwerk op. Zo kunnen zij elkaars verschillende expertises, achtergronden en rollen later makkelijker inzetten in het werk.
Op deze dag zijn Rijkstrainees, Financial trainees, ICT-trainees, Inkooptrainees en trainees vanuit de Academie van Wetgeving uitgenodigd. Ook zijn andere betrokkenen bij deze traineeships van harte welkom.
De dag staat geheel in het teken van Verbinden. We starten in het Vredespaleis, waarna een groot deel van de groep naar de Rijksacademie in de Zeestraat vertrekt voor 2 workshoprondes en een lunch. Het andere deel van de groep blijft in het Vredespaleis voor een serious governance game. In de middag treft iedereen elkaar weer in het Vredespaleis voor een plenaire afsluiting.

In September, more than 250 trainees start of the Empire with a trainee at the National Academy for Finance, Economics and Management. The trainees each follow their own program, with focus on a specific field. All trainees are starters within the government and will eventually started working for Netherlands.
On Friday, September 15th, see the Peace Palace and the National Academy starting Connect conference for trainees of the Empire in 2017 instead. Trainees know each other during the conference and build a network. For example, they can each other's different areas of expertise, wallpapers, and reels later deploy more easily in the work.
On this day, Rich Trainees, Financial trainees, ICT trainees Trainees Purchasing and invited trainees from the College of Law. His other stakeholders in these traineeships welcome.
The day is entirely devoted to Connect. We start at the Peace Palace, and a large part of the group at the Royal Academy starts in the Strait of two workshop sessions and lunch. The other part of the group remains at the Peace Palace for a serious governance game. In the afternoon everyone will find each other again at the Peace Palace for a closing plenary.
It promises to be a varied and surprising program. We look forward to meeting everyone!
