Laura Khalil was born in Beirut and loved to sing since her childhood. Her artistic talent was demonstrated by her good performance of the popular songs of the early 1980s, as well as the songs of Arab art giants such as Umm Kulthum, Fayrouz, Najat, Mohammed Abdel Wahab, Abdel Halim Hafez and others. Laura thought of entering the artistic field to achieve fame and material gain. Her family was too many and she suffered from poverty, forcing her to sing to help her father. Laura Khalil began her career with a calm and steady pace and recorded a series of songs she released in albums with other artists. She received a great response from the fans who chanted and memorized her songs. She has also participated in many Arab festivals and in the Diaspora such as Salalah and others
