Man it happened again! I went to the store, I bought some things and I got my change back. On the way home I realized I was missing 15 cents. I was so angry and pissed, not because I got 15 cents less but because I actually tried to calculate what I should get back while I was standing in the line. The thing is, I got bored, lost focus and finally gave up! Anyways, long story short, this started to get on my nerves and ended up programming a simpler version of this game with my friends.
A couple of days into programming and BAM the first prototype was ready, I started playing the game and boy OHH boy the calculator in my lazy brain started working. After some time, I really got good at it :)
The cool thing is, though I wanted to fix the “math” problem I had, I ended up improving many other skills. My short memory has gotten much better and my focus is now definitely sharper. Anyways, it’s not really that easy to maintain focus for 2 minutes solving a math question in the hard mode. Try it!
Enough about me, if one on the following applies to you, the game will hopefully help
You are a school or university student trying to get better at calculating
You are an adult having trouble concentrating in meetings
You lose focus while somebody is talking to you
You have trouble with short memory
You just want to have some fun while training your brain
This game is probably not the best we can offer the world. Even so, it's still much better to give back a little than not to give at all. We hope it helps :)
