Diese App entstand 2014/15 um die Abwicklung im Kassiervorgang des sogenannten „Café Bahnau“ zu optimieren. Dieses „Café“ findet immer während den 5 Tagen der Konferenz der Evangelischen
Missionsschule Unterweissach und wird von den Studierenden geleitet und durchgeführt. Besonders an hektischen Tagen und Abenden wurde klar, dass hier eine entsprechende Software viel Arbeit
erleichtern kann und somit zu einer guten Atmosphäre für Alle beitragen kann. So entstand beim AnMaApps-Team die Motivation diese Software in Form einer Android-App anzubieten.
Nach einigen Monaten ehrenamtlicher Arbeit konnte die App schließlich fertig gestellt werden. Auf dem Weg dahin hatte sie sich stark entwickelt und war nun nicht nur zum Kassieren einzusetzen. Sie hatte die Möglichkeit Kunden anzulegen bekommen, die nun ein Guthaben aufladen konnten oder anschreiben. Vor allem aber bot sie den Verantwortlichen viele Möglichkeiten zur automatischen Auswertung des Umsatzes und so die Möglichkeit zur Optimierung des Angebots.
Die App ist auch entsprechend flexibel angelegt worden, dass sie über den kleinen Gastronomiebereich auch für kleinere Konzerte und Auftritte genutzt werden kann. Diese erste Version kann kostenlos im „Google Playstore“ downgeloadet werden.
