This is the newest food points and fitness values calculator. By entering the calories, saturated fats, sugars and protein values you will be given the total smart values for each food item.
You can keep track of your fitness values earned each day by entering your intensity level, duration and weight. You can search your favorite packaged foods, meals and recipes by entering all the appropriate numbers. You will notice that high calories, saturated fats and sugars will increase the food values, while high protein foods such as lean meats like chicken, turkey, extra lean ground beef will decrease the food value totals. The idea here is to try and avoid or limit high sugar foods and pick foods packed with proteins.
The calculator is a great tool to have with you while doing your weekly grocery shopping, you can clear each set of numbers you enter and search food values for all your favorite go to foods.
