• Step 3: Download Smart BLE Meter APK from AndroidAppsAPK with x86 or Universial version
• Step 4: Open Android Emulator and Drag and Drop file kr.co.ftlab.datalogger_phone_1.1.5.apk you have downloaded in step 3 to Emulator screen
• Step 5: Enable "Unknown source" if need
• Step 6: You Already install Smart BLE Meter APK, now you can open it

Fix some error when install Smart BLE Meter APK?
