Siren Head - a Fictional character who would fit perfectly into the Silent Hill universe, is a disproportionate humanoid creature, with two sirens in place of the head and a height of approximately 10-15 meters.
It has an old, rough brown skin, under which you can see barely visible wires that apparently run to the siren, and in the siren itself there are huge, long teeth of the creature (at least according to one version).
