Fundado em 1995, o Sindicato dos Condomínios Residenciais e Comerciais do Distrito Federal (Sindicondomínio-DF) representa condomínios comerciais e residenciais (de casas e apartamentos) no
relacionamento com governos, Câmara Legislativa do Distrito Federal e Congresso Nacional. Atua também com foco no meio ambiente, relações sociais dentro dos condomínios, surgimento de novas
categorias de condomínios e a necessidade de se ter mão de obra qualificada para gerir condomínios, razão pela qual se empenhou pela criação do Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Gestão de Condomínio,
