The sim2dial app for Android devices , will allow to make Local Access calls* and VoIP calls conveniently. Inbound VoIP calls can be received even while another app is running.

Memorizing account number, PIN number and phone numbers will no longer be necessary. Through the app, simply dial the destination number or select from your contact list and the sim2dial application will do the rest for you.

Instead of being limited by WiFi connectivity, if you are subscribed to a data service, you may choose to use HSDPA (3G) connection to make VoIP calls.
