何気なくWIXOSSを始めようとカードを手にした少女(キミ)が見たモノは、
突如カードの中で動き出し、話しかけてくる1枚の「ルリグ」カードだった。

やがて同じくルリグカードを持つ「セレク゠ー」と名乗る少女たちが現れ、
突如としてセレク゠ー同士のバトルに巻き込まれる。

"意思を持ったルリグカード"と出逢った選ばれし少女には「セレク゠ー」と呼ばれ、
セレク゠ー同士のバトルを制した者は、最終的に自分の望んだ姠「夢限少女」になれるのだと…

キミは何を想い、何を願うのか？
ルリグはなぜこの世に存在し、キミを選んだのか？
少女たちの願いの果てにはいったい何があるのか？
