San Antonio Apps es una aplicación de la Ilustre Municipalidad de San Antonio (en Ramón Barros Luco 1881 - San Antonio - Región de Valparaíso - Chile) para que sus ciudadanos puedan realizar reportes sobre problemas en tiempo real y directamente desde la calle al sistema de reclamos y sugerencias de la comuna.

Nuestro municipio propone este servicio como resultado de la evolución natural del gobierno electrónico o digital hacia lo que nosotros llamamos sGov o “gobierno de servicios” donde el centro es el ciudadano, donde los municipios escuchan y responden en tiempo real en un marco de colaboración en red. Esto nos permite reducir considerablemente el tiempo y cantidad de los reclamos, así como mejorar la calidad de los mismos.
