Changelog Introducing our latest self-hypnosis exercises to help you achieve your goals!

Enhance Your Self-Control, designed to help you strengthen your willpower. To access this exercise, simply tap the "+" button on the home screen, select "Quit a bad habit", and then tap "Improve your self-discipline".

Review Your Workouts, to improve your athletic performance. To access this exercise, simply tap the "+" button on the home screen, select "Focus", and then tap "Enhance my athletic performance".
