Changelog Hello! For the new version we:
- added support for the Loyalty program that will be presented very soon. This is a convenient, simple and efficient tool to stimulate your customers to repeated orders.
- changed the colour scheme for customers in the new version of RetailCRM: red colour will change to blue
- changed the application icon. We will show it during the first launch
- and also added the possibility to filter orders according to delivery date
Of course, the detected bugs were fixed.

Changelog Hello! Сustomer tagging has been realized for this update. Now it is possible to assign, remove and display pinned tags in the application. Also, customers can be filtered by specific tags.

Improve the quality of customer experience using tags. Add tags to the customers during the conversation. If a customer has doubts whether to buy or not, add the tag "Waiting for a sale". Then create a segment with this tag and organize a mailing with a promo code.
