Här meddelar du våra telefonister och dina kollegor din status som ska gälla från stunden och till vald tid. Det kan som exempel vara ”Lunch 1 timme” eller ”Möte 3 timmar” och du ställer enkelt in
vilken orsak och sluttid som ska vara just din standard. Du aktiverar och inaktiverar genom en knapptryckning.

Här ser du alla dina kollegor, eventuell hänvisningsorsak och vilken avdelning de tillhör. I sökfältet kan du söka på namn, avdelning, titel och alla sökord som finns lagrade hos oss.
När du klickar in på kollega ser du:
- Hänvisningen med all information
- Adress, titel, avdelning, telefonnummer och e-post
- Sökord på personen
- Bild på kollegan
- Kalendern så att du kan se framtida orsaker
Du kan härifrån ringa, e-posta och sms direkt till kollegan - med denna app har du hela företaget i din telefon och alltid uppdaterad information.

I denna vy väljer du hur du själv vill sortera dina kollegor, på för- eller efternamn.
Inloggningsuppgifter:
Användarnamn är normalt din e-postadress och har du inte tillgång till ditt lösenord så klickar du på "Glömt lösenord" så erhåller du lösenordet till din meiladress som är registrerad hos

Highlights:

Reference:
