Binaural beats have been used for a long time to enhance mental states. They work by sending a sound of a different frequency through each ear, which, as they gather, result in a new third frequency in our brain.

This app gathers in one single player the main binaural beat frequencies, so you have always available the aid you need to achieve the desired state, whatever it is:
