Mit RBd SecureSIGN - Renault Bank direkt SecureSIGN - bieten wir Ihnen ein TAN-Verfahren, mit dem Sie Ihre Bank-Geschäfte bequem und sicher online erledigen können. Mittels der RBd SecureSIGN-App erhalten Sie Ihre TAN-Nachricht auf Ihrem mobilen Endgerät. Um ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit zu gewährleisten, erfolgt die gesamte Kommunikation verschlüsselt. Die App kann sowohl auf Smartphones als auch auf Tablets installiert werden.
Zur Nutzung der App ist eine einmalige Registrierung mit Ihrem mobilen Endgerät erforderlich. Nach Installation der App und Vergabe des App-Kennwortes kann der Registrierungsprozess durch die Freischaltung der Bankverbindung eingeleitet werden.
Dies erfolgt auf Basis einer dem mobilen Endgerät zugeteilten „virtuellen Handynummer“. Für die Freischaltung geben Sie die Bankleitzahl 305 200 37 (RCI Banque Direkt) und Ihre Alias/User-Name ein. Im Anschluss erhalten Sie von uns auf dem Postweg den Freischaltcode. Mit Hilfe des Freischaltcodes können Sie Ihre RBd SecureSIGN-App aktivieren und fortan nutzen.
Sofern Sie aktuell das Verfahren mobileTAN nutzen, wird mit Freischaltung der RBd SecureSIGN-App das mobileTAN-Verfahren automatisch deaktiviert.

Following you will receive by mail the activation code. With the help of the activation code you can activate your RBd SecureSign app and use from now on.
