The Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance Program Mobile Application is intended for internal use only by Mercedes-Benz dealership personnel. This application is not intended for use by consumers.
The RAP Mobile Application allows Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance Program Technicians to receive and manage roadside assistance service requests right on their smartphone. All the details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including:
• Vehicle Make, Model, Year and Color
• Customer Name
• Customer Phone Number
• Service Requested (Tire Change, Fuel delivery, etc.)
• Disablement Location
The RAP Mobile Application allows Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance Program Technicians to receive and manage roadside assistance service requests right on their smartphone. All the details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including:

• Customer Name
