Ramayan Manka 108 is for whom Shri ram devotees, those are not able to read Sampurna Ramayan by Goswami Tulsidas. It said that who read this Makna Ramayan will get same blessings as he read Sampoorna Ramayan.

1) "Aawahan" for Ramayan - In traditional environment devotees first do Aawahan then start reading
2) Ramayan 108 Manka - Here Manka means Pearl (In Hindi MOTI). There are 108 shloks which consist Shri Ram's Whole story described in Sampoorna Ramayan by goswami tulsidas. Those pearls collected together and become a MALA (Here Manka)
3) Ramayanji Aarti - Once you completed whole reading of Ramayan, You should Pray Ramayanji (In Hindu caste everything that can give something to you is Holiness, thats why even we worship stone as symbol of god. So As Ramayan is holy book for Hindus we should do Aarti once we completed reading)
4) Ramayan Katha Visarjan - Collection of few Doha and Stuti.
5) Jai Siya Ram - After All thing is complete, you should do some Jaikara.
