Push Up Buddy is there to help count and time all your sit up efforts.
Push Up Buddy uses your phones proximity sensor to detect that you are doing push ups.
To use Push Up Buddy you should place the device on the ground in front of yourself. Around where your chin to your chest area will be when you are in your lowest position of your push up. Experiment with the placement of the device to get the best position. NOW START by pressing the START button and away you go. Every time you reach the lower cycle of the push up and get close to the phone it will beep and keep count of your push ups. A timer will keep track of your time. When you have completed your push up set simply press stop and get the number of push ups you achieved in the time.
Use it for to have Push Up Challenges at workout sessions with friends.
