• Patients that have been in a provider’s waiting room for an extended time are now given the option of transferring to a more available provider. This feature will automatically reach out to providers that might be able to see the patient sooner

• With this release, you can now edit your account information at any time in “My Account”. This includes name, date of birth, gender, address, email and phone number.
