Geoffrey Royce Rojas (Nueva York, 11 de mayo de 1989), conocido como Prince Royce, es un cantante, compositor y productor discográfico estadounidense de origen dominicano. Desde temprana edad se
interesó por la música y durante su adolescencia comenzó a escribir poesía en inglés y español y a realizar sus primeras composiciones musicales. A los 19 años, junto con su amiga Sughey Aráuz,
conoció a Andrés Hidalgo que se convirtió en su mánager. Tiempo después, Hidalgo le presentó al pianista y productor Sergio George, quien al escuchar tres pistas de su maqueta musical lo contrató
para su sello discográfico. Debutó a inicios del 2010 con el lanzamiento de su álbum Prince Royce, en el que se encuentran sus sencillos «Stand by Me» y «Corazón sin cara», los cuales alcanzaron la
primera posición en la lista Tropical Songs de Billboard y lo lanzaron al estrellato en América Latina. El material discográfico logró encabezar las listas Billboard de Latin Albums y Tropical Albums
en los Estados Unidos. En abril de 2012 publicó su segundo álbum de estudio, Phase II. En noviembre de ese año realizó el lanzamiento de #1's un disco que recopila sus temas más exitosos hasta ese
momento. En octubre de 2013 salió a la venta su tercer trabajo de estudio, Soy el mismo, bajo el sello discográfico Sony Music Latin. En el 2014 se le otorgó ser el coach en la tercera temporada del
reality show infantil La Voz Kids a lado de Natalia Jiménez y Regulo Caro.
