How to install Plus Messenger for PC?

How to install Plus Messenger APK for PC (Windows and MAC)?

• Step 2: Install android emulator downloaded in step 1 on your PC
• Step 3: Download Plus Messenger APK from AndroidAppsAPK with x86 or Universial version
• Step 4: Download and Install Split APKs Installer (SAI) on your emulator at here. → Drag and Drop org.telegram.plus_10.10.1.0.zip compress file to Emulator screen → Open Split APKs Installer (SAI) → Browser to org.telegram.plus_10.10.1.0.zip you have downloaded before and follow step in Split APKs Installer to install it.
• Step 5: Enable "Unknown source" if need
• Step 6: You Already install Plus Messenger APK, now you can open it

Fix some error when install Plus Messenger APK?
