Changelog This update includes a great new feature - Block Programming! With Block Programming, you can now log workouts as circuits, supersets, normal progression, or all three at the same time.

We've added a new color to the Log Workout View, the Edit Workout View, and the Workout Summary View to distinguish which exercises are circuit-based. Supersets and Normal progression workouts continue to look and behave as previously built.
