Picarto

Picarto.tv is a free service for artists around the world to stream them making their art LIVE! This app can be used to view streams on Android devices, and includes a search and chat functionality. You can even use your existing Picarto registration information - but that's not needed if you just want to watch.

Officially unofficial, this is so unofficial that I'm saying the word unofficial enough that if you ask if it's official I'm legally entitled to tell you to go back to preschool.

Features:
> Watch streams from the Picarto.tv online art streaming service
> Supports the website in-stream chat alongside the stream playback.
> Supports Picarto.tv logins (so you can chat with your username and received your personalized recommendations, duh)
> Supports guest accounts (so you can have a username when you chat if you don't have a full login)
> Stream recommendations listed on startup, or you can search using the box at the top
> Customisable stream buffer length
> Tap to instantly hide the stream preview.
> To bring the stream fullscreen, just rotate your device ;)
> Option to be notified when a stream comes online, or people are chatting on it. Just swipe left or right on a stream to view your notification settings
> Buffer progress indicator
> Temporary support for multi-streams has been implemented; the main stream will be shown if a multistream is selected.

How to use:
1. Download and open the app.
2. If you have a picarto.tv login, you can type it in on the settings screen (click the gear top left).
3. If you don't have a login but still want to chat, you can use the same screen to set a guest username.
4. Click a stream to watch, or search for one.
5. ???
6. Profit!**

Current Issues:
> Android Battery Maneger reports that Picarto uses 5-8% battery, even when it isn't loaded and battery usage remains steady.

Future Features:
> Dynamic buffer length adjustment
> Watched streams to appear on the front page when the app is loaded. Right now my main man StreetDragon95 is taking that place whilst I work it out. At any rate, check him out too.
> Warning for R18/NSFW streams
