PHOTO iD™ is a photo labeling property inspection camera that allows users to label images instantly as they're captured. Users can also inspect properties either onsite or with our virtual inspection tool within the mobile or desktop platform to produce professional photo inspection reports in real-time.

Our process allows users to leave the job site and have all of their images labeled, group sorted and organized on a detailed photo report without hindering their normal inspection process.

All of the photos captured with the PHOTO iD™ app contain a vast amount metadata stored within each image, which includes the GPS latitude/longitude and altitude coordinates, the time and date each photo was taken, the structure and room title, custom captions describing each photo, and the address where each image was captured.

The app’s in-camera compass allows users to capture the cardinal direction of each image and the app’s digital pitch gauge allows users to capture the pitch factor of the roof onto their images without ever leaving the ground or by placing the device against the roof or eave.

PHOTO iD™ app also enables users to export all of the assignment images to their computer in order to import all of the labeled images into the software or estimating platforms of their choice such as Xactimate, etc.

PHOTO iD™ allows users to also share their assignments with team members to collaborate remotely using our web app in order to process the job faster, which is ideal for virtual collaborations and remote inspections.
