This introduces a new 531 Wendler variation. The custom warm-ups scheme 1 now allows the user to enter percentages relative to the first set. The total tonnage graphs are also included. |

Changelog | - Custom warm-ups. - Previously when the weight was changed, all the other set weights were also changed (and affected the training max if the exercise was percentage based). This has been made optional now under Settings -> Workout Options -> Exercise weight effects training maxed. - Ability to reset the reps in AMRAP set. - Ability to go back a day (opposite to skipping a day) - Many other bug fixes. |
